Please try apply for a moderator application first, i know lots of people really want to be staff on a new server i did too, but i had to start from the low rank as a moderator, so try and make a moderator app instaead of diving straight into a administrator position.

But it's marks choice, good luck.

I agree, application failed. Sorry, but as Kaitie had mensioned, make sure your a Moderator first before applying for an Higher Tier.

announcements / The staff roles. What are they?

Owner - The Owner, myself, runs the server. He makes sure staff stays in line, the dedicated server is up and online, the games are online and running smoothly, makes sure the security is set up correctly, and is just overseeing everything. Moderators do NOT do ban appeals, account recoveries or anything of that sort. If you have an issue with donating, you are free to PM me since I run that. But no, we do not accept RSGP and we will never again as of now. And we are introducing mobile payments soon, so please quit asking me about this and I will not tell you an exact date.

Head Administrator - This is Callum. He is basically my right hand man. I manages the dedicated server, the security of it, and does the website coding. Callum handles in-game issues with administrators as well as managing the upkeep of the server. Please do NOT pm them about anything to do with ban appeals, account recoveries, etc. That is what Owners are for.

Developers - This is Mark. I develop the server, add new features, fix bugs, and other server related issues. Moderators do NOT do ban appeals, recoveries, etc. Callum or any other staff do NOT fix nulled accounts either. Send Mark a PM for that, but just know that you will lose your items.

Global Admins - These are the admins below Head Admins. They handle all in-game issues with the staff on VisiblePkz. Please do NOT pm them before you try PM'ing a moderator. Most likely a moderator can help you with your issue. The Global Admins also do the account recoveries. Please do NOT pm them asking them to look at it, as this only pisses them off. They handle them each and every day and your recovery will be handled.

VisiblePkz Admins - These are the admins that assist in-game with issues with players and with the staff. Please do not contact them about an issue before attempting to PM a moderator. The admins also make sure the moderators are doing their job correctly.

Forum Admins - These are the admins who manage the forums. They can help with any forum issue. They have full ACP access to help fix everything up perfectly. If you have an issue, please PM a forum moderator and they can refer you to a forum admin if they need to. These admins can also do account recoveries for you.

VislbePkz Moderators - These are the main people you will go to for help with in-game issues. They can take care of you and such. They do all of the appeals, and in record time. They honestly are a bunch of great moderators. Please come to them first if you need something. I cannot tell you how many times I get pm's about appeals which moderators can handle without involving me.

Forum Moderators - Forum mods are the people you go to first with a forum issue. They handle the forum reports and make sure the forum stays tidied up. Please come to them first with an issue before going to a Forum Admin.

As you can see, each of the staff members deal with certain issues. Please do not go to the top (admins) first. Try the bottom staff members (moderators) since they can most likely help you with your issue. I have given most of the staff the powers they need to do each and every task that they need to do such as unbanning, unmuting, and such.

Q. Why would you need to PM Mark?

The only reasons you will need to PM Mark is if you payed for your donator and have not received it AND have checked to see if you paid using an e-check. The PayPal take 2-5 minutes to go through and it will say this in your receipt. You usually pay with PayPal if you use a bank account as your primary source of payment.

You will also PM Mark if you need your account un-nulled. But please, do not spam me. If I have not responded, I am most likely not on or I have not seen the PM's. I do my best to reply to PM's in record time, but if you do not receive a PM back from me it means either it was already fixed or there was no reason for you to PM me.

Remember, only PM me if you need help with a donation issue, or anything similar. Which does not involve you not knowing how to use PayPal or wanting onebip or daopay added (since I am adding Daopay soon) and if you need your account un-nulled. For any other reason, just simply PM a mod or an admin. They are there for a reason guys. It is so I do not have to deal with EACH AND EVERY issue that happens.

The reason he tried to donate the account was too make us log on it. After us logging on it, he would change the password, when we logout, he logs on and BOOM, he has our LAST LOGIN, CONNECTION! I was the first to find this answer out, and I am not that stupid. Don't try me :)
