A few suggestions on what to add.

Personally i think Mark should add:

Corp, kbd and a few other monsters, so in which people could go a kill, when they're bored of pking.
And other reason could be, is when hardly no players are online.

Callum , I agree whit your suggestions Mines Is: Fix all potions to work properly(mage,range,defence) don't work , yeah we need monsters if we are bored ect... Coloured Items needs to be fixed they're good looking

And Admins ect. Needs to do tournys: Every day: 500Tokens - 1000Tokens. Only weekends: 2,5kTokens - 5kTokens..Every month: 7,5ktokens-10ktokens like: Every Day should be : Briding , Tribriding , Pking. Weekends: Pking , Briding , Tribriding , Tanking , Survival In Multy. Every month: Survival In Multy , Hide & Seek , Solo In time...

I agree with you a little bit on the second post, Put for the top post why do you think overloads are working.. saves alot of time Tbh. plus it saves inventory space for people that are hybridding/tribrid.

And on the second post, me and kaitie (administrators) obviously wont do events everyday, as when we get new players, everyone will just be using ags/claws.

don't like overloads really so.... i wan't to be whit less space ... And i needed to change the tournys like 100-250 first every week , every month 500-1000 cause they will be proding

I agree with Callum, We are not all pkers, me; I would love to do some bandos or corp on  here, something more of a challenge. Also should get a economy started.
